In a competitive, high-end market, DCC needed to be at the forefront of their customers’ minds. Both print and electronic media were a part of a multifaceted campaign.

Challenges:
A successful e-newsletter depends on many factors; the most important being content. The recipient must feel the information is relevant and valuable and succinct or they will “opt-out” and be lost as an e-mailable contact forever.

Results:
An electronic newsletter was developed to take an proactive approach to maintaining relationships within a niche market. Content included three features that are of high interest to the recipients; case studies, current events and new industry resources. To maintain the integrity of the publication, links that promoted DCC’s services were subsequent to the feature articles. The newsletter was designed with only a small portion of each of the feature articles on the main page so the recipient could quickly choose the information that is most interesting and pertinent to them, therefore preventing them from unsubscribing to future editions of the e-newsletter.
